Darien Rowing Record

Highlight, document, and celebrate an upcoming world record attempt by a group of 95 to 101-year-old residents of an Atria community in Darien, Connecticut.

Instead of reducing the occasion to balloons, streamers and clapping care staff, we sought to produce a weightier piece that captured the excitement of the occasion in a dignified way that reflected the brand's promise of helping older people live better.

Over three days in Darien, we interviewed participants in the record-breaking attempt. We spend time coming to understand the broader context of how moving from home into their shared community benefited their families.
